The aim of the research is to prepare an educational curriculum with the Thelin model to learn the skill of shooting basketball according to the classification of the two fields (cognitive, contemplative and impulsive), and to identify the differences between the pre and post tests in the two fields (contemplative and impulsive) in the skill of correction and mental and functional variables before and after the educational curriculum, while identifying the differences In tests and postures between the two fields of (contemplative and impulsive) in the skill of correction and mental and functional variables after the educational curriculum with the model of Thelin, the researcher used the experimental curriculum, and the research community deliberately chose them as middle school students in the second stage. In the impulsive and reflective cognitive scale, they were classified into two groups: the first: the first experimental group (contemplative), which included 10 students, and the second: the second experimental group (impulsive) and included 10 students, and the number of the sample was (20) students out of (62) students. The sample constitutes (32.2%), and the researcher concluded that there are differences between the tests and measurements before and after the implementation of the experimental variable (growth The two groups (impulsive and contemplative), with differences occurring between the post tests of the contemplative and impulsive groups in tests and measurements (correction skill, functional indicators and mental processes under study), and that the Thelin model is one of the methods that contribute to student participation and increase the learning process and student participation in The planning and evaluation process, and it was recommended to emphasize the use of the Thelin model in teaching the skill of side shooting and free throwing with basketball, with further studies being conducted to know the effect of the Thelin model on learning other skills in basketball.
