Abstract
The problem of the current research emerged in the lack of a questionnaire to identify the most important educational obstacles from the point of view of male and female teachers, as well as to identify the differences between male and female teachers in achieving the goals of the educational process from the point of view of male and female physical education teachers in middle schools in the Koya district in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
The current research aims to:
- Identifying the statistical differences between in the obstacles to achieving the goals of the educational process in middle schools in Koya district.
The researcher assumed:
- There are statistically significant differences between physical education teachers in Koya district in achieving the goals of the educational process.
The researcher used the descriptive method in both survey and comparative methods to suit them and the nature of the current research.
The research community was represented by physical education teachers in Koya district, who numbered (130) male and female teachers for the academic year 2022/2023. As for the research sample, the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method to achieve the research objectives, as the research sample included (96) male and female teachers, who represent... A percentage of (73.84%) from the total research population, after excluding the stability, experimental, and exploratory samples for the research.
The researcher concluded the following:.
Female teachers face greater obstacles than male teachers in achieving the goals of the educational process in physical education lessons.
