Abstract
The study aimed to prepare exercises using the combined training method and their impact on some of the physical, skill and mental abilities of volleyball players, and to know the effect of the prepared exercises on some physical, skill and mental abilities, while the hypotheses were that the exercises prepared using the combined training method had a positive impact on some of the players’ physical, skill and mental abilities, and that There are significant differences between the values of the pre-test and the values of the post-test in the variables investigated for the sample, and the results of the study confirmed that the combined exercises have a positive impact on the development of the skills of striking and defending the court for volleyball players. The researchers used the appropriate method, which is the experimental method, to suit the problem of the study, and the sample consisted of Al-Habbaniya Sports Club players for the 2023-2024 academic season. The research sample included (14) players. The researchers adopted the statistical package. The results were presented and discussed. The researchers achieved the goals and hypotheses of the research. Through the research, the researchers reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the first of which is that Integrated exercises have a positive effect in developing some of the physical, skill and mental abilities of volleyball players. Secondly, the diversity in training methods and methods contributes to increasing the excitement, motivation and enthusiasm of the players in the research sample.
