the importance of the study becomes clear in knowing the relationship between the level of emotional arousal and the technical performance of the hammer kick. (Jekko Jaki) for Taekwondo players aged 18-20 years. The problem of the research was that the researcher is one of the players of the national Taekwondo team, and through his modest experience, he noticed that some players often fail to perform skill kicks despite having a good level that they enjoy, and that this failure may be attributed to poor attention to the psychological aspect of the players. Which leads to psychological reactions, including negative emotional arousal during performance. The research aimed to find out the relationship between emotional arousal and the technical performance of the hammer kick (Jekko-Juki) for Taekwondo players aged 18-20 years. The hypothesis of the research was that there is a relationship between emotional arousal and the level of performance of the hammer kick (Jekko-Juki) for Taekwondo players aged 18-20 years. The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method to suit the nature of the problem to be addressed.. He used the emotional arousal scale and adapted its paragraphs to suit the players. After presenting, analyzing and discussing the results, the researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between emotional arousal and the technical performance of the hammer kick (Jekko Jaki) for Taekwondo players aged 18-20 years, and that emotional arousal has an important role in what the player can present during matches.
