Abstract
The aim of the research is to:
- Structure two measurement tools that measure the first levels of job envy among the employees of the youth and sports directorates in Iraq and the second measures the levels of emotional solidarity in the Directorate.
- Identify the levels of job envy among employees of youth and sports directorates in Iraq from their point of view.
- Identify the levels of emotional solidarity in the youth and sports directorates in Iraq from the point of view of their employees.
- Identify the impact of job envy among youth and sports directorate employees on emotional solidarity in them.
The research community is represented by the employees of the youth and sports directorate in Iraq numbering (1147), who belong to (17) youth and sports directorate in Iraq. The main research sample consisted of (288) employees divided into three subsamples, namely (construction-application-reconnaissance) and (168-112-8) employees, respectively. To collect data, the two researchers construct two tools, the first measures job envy among the employees of the youth and sports directorates with a number of (12) paragraphs. The second measures emotional solidarity in the youth and sports directorates with a number of (10) paragraphs. After the completion of the construction protection in accordance with the scientific conditions and procedures, they applied to the application sample and the researchers extracted the data and processed it through Relying on the statistical package (SPSS),
