Abstract
The performance for this race includes multiple stages that affect each other to different degrees, and these stages are the start, launch and first acceleration stages, which fall within the first part of the phosphagine system (ATP). The research was applied to a sample of 200 young contestants affiliated with the Talent Center in Athletics at the Ministry of Youth. Video imaging and kinetic analysis were conducted to measure the variables of force push, start and start time, the time of the first 5 meters, the time of 10 meters and the time of 50 meters, which fall within the first energy system to demonstrate its importance in achieving achievement. And there was an improvement in the driving force on the supports, the starting times, the acceleration, and the 200-meter time.
