Abstract
The study aimed to know the effect of exercises on the ability of learners to divert attention and offensive and defensive skills, especially with the large number of game variables during matches in fencing, and assuming that there are moral differences between those pre and post tests in diverting attention and counter-attack skills for the members of the research sample. The curriculum on the members of the research sample, which consisted of (20) learners over a period of (8) weeks at a rate of (2) units each week so that the total of those units (16) units throughout the curriculum, where the pre-tests were conducted for the members of the research sample, and then cognitive exercises were applied On the learners, and after the completion of the application of the exercises, the post tests were conducted and the results that were processed statistically were obtained and the differences between the pre and post tests were known, which through those results reached the conclusions and recommendations of the research
