Abstract
The study aims to improve the performance level of the basketball skill by designing basketball exercises and identifying the impact of the proposed program to improve the skill of the basketball drum among first-year students, College of Physical Education, University of Anbar, using balls of different sizes to improve performance of the skill of the research sample. As a result of the proposed exercises with balls Different sizes for the research sample and one-group design with a pre- and post-measurement on a sample from the first stage, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Anbar. The researcher recommended the adoption of exercises prepared in learning the skill of tapping basketball for its effective role in relation to offensive skills in basketball
