Abstract
The study aimed to prepare exercises using rubber ropes with balls to improve the component of agility and the skill of overwhelming hitting in volleyball. The exercises and their effective role in improving agility and the skill of crushing hitting for volleyball players, the researchers adopted the experimental research method for its suitability and the nature of the problem. Statistical (SPSS) for tabulating data and obtaining results, then analyzing and discussing them, which indicated the achievement of the study’s objectives and hypotheses, which the researchers reached from this study to the following conclusions and recommendations: The exercises prepared using rubber ropes with balls have an effective role in improving the agility component and the crushing skill of ball players The plane, and the diversity in the use of training with rubber ropes with balls helped to increase motivation and Enthusiasm among the players of the research sample, and the researchers recommended the adoption of the exercises developed by the researchers after obtaining positive results and the interaction of the sample members with those exercises, which contributed to raising the morale in training and the need to focus on training using rubber ropes with balls
