Abstract
The research aims to prepare effort perception exercises to predict areas of distress to develop muscular endurance, lactic acid concentration, and achievement for 5000-meter runners for young people, The researchers used the experimental method with the pre and post test for the experimental and control groups to suit the nature of the research. And by (5 players) for each group, effort perception exercises were applied to predict areas of distress. Lactic acid and achievement for young 5000-meter runners
