Abstract
The research aims to reveal the effect of (Rondo) exercises on the number of physical and skill variables for football goalkeepers, and the researchers used the experimental approach for its suitability and nature of the research. ) and the number (6) guards, they were chosen by the intentional method and divided randomly into two groups (experimental and control) and by (3) guards for each group, and homogeneity was achieved in the variables (age, height, mass) as well as conducting equivalence between the two research groups in physical variables The experimental design, which is called the design of the randomly selected control group with two tests, pre and post, has been adopted. The researchers used (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, torsion coefficient, test (T) for related samples, test (T) for independent samples as statistical means, and the researchers concluded that the (Rondo) exercises carried out by the experimental group achieved a development in all research variables for the players of the experimental group. The control group also achieved a development in the explosive strength of the legs and arms, compatibility, receiving and passing the ball with the arms, and did not achieve progress in the remaining variables, and the experimental group that carried out the (Rondo) exercises used in the research achieved a better development than the control group in most of the physical and skill variables, and there were no differences Between the two groups in the explosive strength of the legs and arms
