Abstract
The objective of the research is to investigate the effect of specific exercises on training the effectiveness and achievement of the 800-meter run for young people, where exercises were designed to develop the special physical capabilities of this event, as the researcher prepared exercises to develop the physical capabilities according to the specific exercises, which is the ideal effective way to develop the special capabilities of running 800 meters, where these exercises were prepared according to rates for developing speed, speed endurance and strength endurance for the effective capabilities of this event and what this event needs in terms of physical specifications and physical capabilities in developing these requirements according to the specific exercise and thus improving the skillful performance of the running requirements of this event.
These qualitative exercises also included realizing the time course of the performance and the contestant's sense of the correct path to develop the effectiveness of this method in the exercises. And that is the access to performance in order to implement achievement, as the researcher concluded the role of specific exercises in developing the requirements of physical abilities for the requirements of performance and realizing achievement in effectiveness.
It also recommended the use of these exercises for other activities in developing their special abilities and realizing achievement, and what is the role of this type of exercise, which has an effectiveness on developing the special abilities and the digital level of the sample members, and the achievement of the 800-meter run.
Among the findings of the researcher is that there are differences in the field of statistics in the pre and posttests of the experimental group, which led to improving the special abilities of this effectiveness and execute achievement for the event under study
