Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify what is the reality of establishing school scout camps in the education directorates from the point of view of the scout leaders in Iraq. Scouts in the directorates of education in Iraq, except for the Kurdistan region, whose number is (431), a scout leader, where all the research community was taken to be the research sample, where they were divided into three samples. Through feeling the desires of the students and avoiding negative matters. And motivating the students to participate in the scouting camps by providing financial and moral prizes for the distinguished scouts inside the scout camps. And holding courses and workshops for managers on how to properly deal with the establishment of scout camps in the correct manner according to the capabilities, desires and tendencies of the students. And the need to choose good places to set up scout camps outside the school in order to properly motivate the students
