Abstract
The study aims to identify the analysis of the reality of job affiliation among physical education teachers in Anbar Governorate. The descriptive qualitative research approach was based on a sample of physical education teachers in the secondary and preparatory schools for the academic year (2022/2023), with a total number of (389) teachers distributed by nature over their schools in the districts of Anbar Governorate and its administrative units. They were randomly selected for the survey sample (10) teachers with a rate of (2.571%), and for the application sample (180) teachers with a rate of (48.072%) from their original community. After applying the scale to the main sample, the results were processed using the (SPSS) system, so that the conclusions and applications are that physical education teachers have an acceptable level of job affiliation from their point of view. They have an advanced level of teamwork soul that helps them feel job affiliation which supports and enhances confidence among members of the same administrative formation. They also have an acceptable level of work conviction, but it needs improvements that are appropriate to enhance their sense of job affiliation. It is necessary for the General Directorates of Education to pay attention to supporting the capabilities of physical education teachers in a way that enhances their professional affiliation because of its role within their professional work. Also, it is necessary to approve the results of specialized academic studies in sports administration and support the efforts of academic researchers in the fields of the Iraqi Ministry of Education because of its role that reflects positively on the educational process and sports administration
