Abstract
The research aims to identify the level of ECP in students/students at Anbar University as well as the differences between students/female practitioners and non-practitioners of sports activities. Researchers used the prescriptive curriculum. The research community included students from some colleges at Anbar University for the academic year. (2022/2023), the research sample was damaged by (598) students, and has been excluded (80) A form for its invalidity and difficulty in retrieving it, thus bringing the number of sample members (518) students and a percentage (86.62%) of the original sample community.Researchers used the Beck Depression Scale as a key tool in collecting data in the study variant, but the most important conclusions and findings were: -- Levels of depression among Anbar University students in varying proportions.- Students practising sports activity are less likely to be depressed and significantly less likely than non-practitioners.- Exercising various sporting activities is a very important reason in reducing the level of depression and reducing it according to the results of the current research
