Abstract
Tennis injuries to the knee of the tennis player have a negative impact on the health and susceptibility of the player due to the inability to quickly return to the stadium. This is why this study aimed to develop exercises in the form of a qualification method that includes exercises to strengthen the muscles working on the knee joint and the hip joint, In addition to knowing the effect of these exercises and the differences between the pre and post test, so this experimental approach was used as the method to solve the problem as it used an age sample of 7 advanced tennis players. I used several tools and methods, the most important of which was the rehabilitative curriculum, which was established for six weeks and five rehabilitative units per week. Each unit has a time of 60 minutes, in addition to the rehabilitation devices and tools for rehabilitating the injured.
