Abstract
The research aims to detect the effect ofTraining program in speeding young football . The researcher used the training curriculum for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (30) players of the football sport club for the ages (17-19) years of the football season (2017-2018), and a training program was prepared, A pre-test was carried out to measure the enduring ability of the speed. The training program was then carried out for two intermediate cycles with a ( 1: 3) movement and with eight small cycles. The post-test was carried out using the same procedures as the pre-test .
The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are :-
1. The training program has contributed to the development of speed enduring ability for youth football players .
2. The method of selection, quality and distribution of exercise equally has had a clear effect on the development of speed enduring ability.
The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:-
- The importance of applying the training program based on the correct scientific basis in developing the ability to endure speed for football players
