AbstractThis study aims to the attitudes of staff spots federation from the adoption of total quality management principles in the conduct of administration affaires of there federation, the researcher proposed a choice of (04) four personal features which are the scientific qualification, age, and years of experience whereas we tried.To study the total quality management through (06) six dimension which are: the quality of senior management, system and legislation, focus on the beneficiary and the focus on the training in addition to the role of custumers in the evaluation process and functional requirementes
