It aims to know the effect of the suggestive training units with Vertical Spaces According to Suggestive Times in Specific Speed Endurance and Establishing Running 400 m, moreover; how to know the differentiations in the effect of Training Units and followed in research changes, the research has been done on the young players of Al-Anbar province (center) who are (10) players divided into exact group (5) players and (5) players for experimental group. The before tests have done with them, then the experimental group has applied its independent change by training according to Vertical Spaces with Suggestive Times. After that the exact group has applied the tests and the results has treated statistically. The researcher concluded that the suggestive and followed training have positive effect in progressing the Specific Speed Endurance and Establishing Running 400 m. the researcher advices to give importance into the training style with vertical spaces according to suggestive time for its importance in progressing running activities in field games.
