الملخص
The aim of the research is to set up a system for visual real-time monitoring for a swimmer (50 meters) free, and to identify the effect of using this system to detect errors that the swimmer does not realize and which he believes to be correct, in the development of some mechanical conditions for some stages of performance. The research and its implementation in an accurate scientific manner, the research community was identified, they are the Iraqi National Team of Free Swimming (50m), the youth category, and they are (6) swimmers for the 2019-2020 season, and they represent the original community (100%). Effectively by the development of the instantaneous push and the final acceleration of the swimmer, and that the integration of numbers among the sample members was interrelated with achieving the best achievement, and recommended directing the trainers to the necessity of using accurate scientific methods using the special devices for recording pictures to monitor the performance of swimming skills of all kinds, with an emphasis on developing sensory abilities. Mobility for swimmers, especially in training junior teams, as well as the need to develop special tests to measure these abilities and the extent of their development.Key words: subconscious, stroke characteristics, flow phase, real-time feeding
