The objective of the present research to identify Styles thinking According to the Herman's theory (HBDI) and relationship to Remaining open to continuous learning among fourth-stage students in the Shaqlawa College of Education.The descriptive method had been used in the study, the sample of search contained from (80) students of the fourth stage in the Shaqlawa College of Education, after data collection and using appropriate statistical methods, and to achieve those goals, the researcher use a tool to measure the thinking styles in the light of Herman theory, and performance measurement in the Remaining open to continuous learning through student outcomes, was reached following.Results :There is no prevailing thinking style among for students sample - While there is the rule of the thinking style (A - B) , male and ( B – C) female. There is no relationship between Styles thinking According to the Herman's theory (HBDI) and Remaining open to continuous learning
