This study aims to identify the role of kindergartens in reducing the aggressive behavior of a pre-school child from the point of view of kindergarten managers and educators in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in Saudi Arabia.The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. A random sample was chosen by (220) principals and educators working in a governorate Riyadh. Hafar Al-Batin in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The research is based on a questionnaire as a tool to collect information.The results indicated that there is a great role for kindergartens in reducing aggressive behavior from the point of view of principals and educators, as the relative weight reached (76.88%),There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of the kindergarten role in reducing aggressive behavior in a pre-childxThe school, from the point of view of kindergarten managers and educators, according to the gender variable, educational qualification, and the nature of work of the sample membersThe researcher recommended the necessity of directing those in charge of developing and following up curricula and books for kindergartens, to include educational activities that develop the role of kindergartens in reducing aggressive behavior among children and enhance their practice, as well as providing administrative, technical and material capabilities that encourage teachers to support the role of kindergartens in reducing aggressive behavior in a preschool child from the point of view of kindergarten managers and educatorsIn addition to the necessity of concerted efforts by kindergarten administrators to fulfill their responsibilities towards modifying children's behavior, because of its important role in establishing the child before entering the school world, as well as working on developing programs to modify the aggressive behavior of kindergarten children more with evaluation and constant updating
