Abstract
The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational culture and administrative organization among government school principals in Diyala Governorate from the teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (108) male and female public school teachers who were randomly selected. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used. The results of the study indicated that the level of organizational culture and administrative practices among public school principals in Diyala Governorate was average from the teachers’ point of view. The results showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship of organizational culture to the administrative organization of public school principals in Diyala Governorate from the teachers’ point of view In light of the results, a set of recommendations were presented. There is a positive, statistically significant relationship of organizational culture on the administrative organization of school principals in Diyala Governorate from the point of view of teachers, and future studies should be conducted that address the impact of organizational culture on other variables and practices, such as the quality of administrative processes.
